FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

When does my order ship?

Drop 001 closes March 7, 2026. All orders ship March 28, 2026. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on the way.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 48 hours, your towel enters production and cannot be cancelled.

What size is the towel?

All DripYin towels are 24" × 71" — the same footprint as a standard yoga mat. The towel covers your full mat from end to end with no overhang and no gaps.

Is it actually non-slip?

Yes — but it works best when wet. The microfiber is engineered to activate with moisture. The more you sweat, the better the grip. If you're doing a dry practice, misting the towel before class will activate the grip.

How do I wash it?

Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron the printed surface. Washing actually improves the grip over time.

Do I have to be that zodiac sign to buy it?

Absolutely not. The design is inspired by each element's energy — if the fire calls to you, it's yours. Many of our customers buy based on the aesthetic, not their birth chart.

Is this only for hot yoga?

Designed for hot yoga and Bikram, but it performs in any sweaty practice — power yoga, vinyasa, or any high-intensity movement. It also works as a fitness towel.

What's your return policy?

If your towel arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it immediately. Due to the preorder and limited-run nature of our drops, we don't accept returns for change of mind after the 48-hour cancellation window.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free shipping is included on all DripYin orders within the United States.

When is the next drop?

Drop 002 will be announced to our email list first. Sign up on the homepage to be first in line.
